A couple of days earlier than promised, UKOPRA has released its 2018 UKOPRA Racing Licence online application form.
UKOPRA wishes to thank Graham and Matt Palfreyman from Blowfish Technology for building this bespoke software, enabling us to offer competitors a low licence cost.
Once UKOPRA has authorised a competitor’s licence, there will be no need for any paperwork.
Race Secretary’s at Poole, Falmouth and Cowes will be able to login to our portal and check competitor’s licences at sign in.

2017Moto have today published their Advance Programme for the Fortitudo Poole Bay 100 Offshore Powerboat Race.
There has been a date change for the race than previously advertised.
The race will be held on Sunday the 10th June and not on the Saturday.
2017Moto, the organisers of the Fortitudo Property Poole Bay 100 Offshore Powerboat Race, will be releasing the Event’s Advance Programme next week.
Simon Wood Power raced Offshore from 1978 until his retirement from competition a couple of years ago.
UKOPRA will be launching an online Racing Licence application form on the 1st of April.
UKOPRA has recieved 37 boat registrations since opening up the process 2 weeks ago.
Dr Brett Rocos has joined UKOPRA to advise initially on medical requirements for this year’s race licences.
Rocos who works as an orthopaedic surgeon in Bristol has had a varied career.
With race boat registrations well under way it now gives us time to concentrate on our safety fleet for the coming years racing.
