The United Kingdom Offshore Powerboat Racing Association (UKOPRA) was founded in 2017 and has governed the sport across the UK since 2018. As the recognised authority for offshore racing, UKOPRA organises and oversees the annual UK Offshore Powerboat Championships, setting safety standards, managing race rules, and supporting the development of the sport nationwide.

With several classes of racing, UKOPRA offers something for everyone — from entry-level racers to professional offshore teams. Each class delivers fast-paced, action-packed racing in genuine offshore conditions.
